Even though if you have a full set of Kenner figures, seeing auctions like this are exciting. Actually, in some ways, collectors that have completed the set have a greater appreciation for how impressive this lot is, but as a community we all seem to get joy out of looking at a massive pile of vintage action figures. So this auction for 390 figures, 720+ accessories, 110 backpacks, 25 capes, and some Power Of The Force coins should put a smile on your face (especially since you can make offers!)

Attack Of The Clones Is Ten Years Old Today!

Easily the most misunderstood of the six films, Star Wars Episode II: Attack Of The Clones is actually one of the most important chapters in the Saga. Not only did it set everything in motion, it also cemented the fact that Star Wars Is Forever! If you haven't watched this film in a while we highly recommend watching it again with fresh eyes. If you curb the negative comments associated with this film you might discover just how great the film is!

One figure that had been overlooked in our photo archive was the re-release of Hondo Ohnaka from The Clone Wars on the "Shadows of the Dark Side" packaging. eBay Today: Almost Instant Collection Even Cheaper

One of the very nice collection auctions we've featured recently has gone back up after not selling the first time around, and it is now $1,000 cheaper. Crunching the numbers, that's less than $3 an item. If you are looking to Start a Hasbro collection, this is an auction you may just want to look at.

Boba Fett Prototype Armor Figure Delays

Following similar cases with a number of Hasbro's previous mail-in offers, we've received word from Rebelscum reader Michael H. that cards have been sent out to collectors who are still waiting to receive their Boba Fett Prototype Armor figure, to inform of a delay in fulfilling their request. A new batch of figures is scheduled to ship on July, 20, 2012. If you've sent in for one (or more) of these and have yet to receive your order, you may want to keep an eye out for the card.

Like a bad penny, the poorly done reproduction carded Yak Face is back, and has currently duped thirty one bidders (or at least thirty one bids) bringing this up to over $500. The seller 'appears to be different', but zero feedback is leading us to believe there is something extra-fishy going on here. We're going to watch this one to see if eBay watchdogs over bid this auction like the last one, which if memory served ended at something over $90,000! Now, we're not encouraging the same action, but we wanted to link this auction so everyone has a front row seat for this scam in progress. What if Hasbro were to offer a new line of larger scale figures that put a focus on screen accuracy? The Probe Droid is curious if you'd walk away from the 3 3/4" line in favour of something new that catered more to adult collectors.
I'd be willing to start from scratch.
I'd be into it only if they were super articulated.
I'd only be into it if sculpt and silhouette were the main focus.
I might get a few, but I don't think I'm ready to start something new.
I'm only interested in 3 3/4" figures.
I don't collect the Hasbro stuff.
